GuardianFlow Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 October 2026. Provider: Guardião D'Ónix Unipessoal Lda (Transfer Guardians), Portugal. Contact: support@transferguardians.com.

These terms are available in the 36 languages of the app. If the versions differ, the Portuguese (Portugal) version prevails.

1. The service

GuardianFlow is a campaign studio: write once, adapt the text for each network, get team approval, schedule and publish to the accounts you connect (for example Discord, Telegram, Mastodon, Bluesky, WordPress, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram). Demo mode works without an account and without real publications.

2. Account and team

Your account is personal. You are responsible for what is done with it and for the people you invite into your workspace. Keep your credentials safe and tell us about any unauthorised access.

3. Your content and connected networks

You alone are responsible for the content you create, upload and publish, and for holding the rights to texts and images. Each connected network has its own terms; by publishing through GuardianFlow you also agree to them. The authorisations you grant (tokens, app passwords) are stored encrypted and used only to publish on your behalf; you can revoke them at any time under Connections. Linked media stays in the service where it is; images and videos you upload to GuardianFlow are kept for up to 180 days. Do not use the service for spam, unlawful content, or to circumvent limits or security checks.

4. Plans, payments and subscriptions

Paid plans can be bought on the website (Stripe or PayPal) or in the mobile app. A purchase applies to the same account on every platform. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled where they were taken out. Prices include applicable taxes where stated.

Cancelling renewal. You can cancel a subscription's renewal at any time. Access continues until the end of the period already paid and the subscription is not renewed afterwards. There is no partial refund for the current period, except when exercising the right of withdrawal described below.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

For purchases made on the website, consumers have 14 days from the purchase to withdraw without giving reasons (Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014 and Directive 2011/83/EU). Before paying you choose one of two options, neither preselected:

We record the option chosen, the version of the wording shown and the time of the choice, together with the payment attempt.

How to withdraw. Use the "Withdraw and request a refund" button under Account → Purchases and refunds (the deadline is shown next to the purchase) or send an unequivocal statement by any other means, such as an e-mail to support@transferguardians.com. The period runs from the communication of the decision; we send an acknowledgement e-mail with product, purchase date, amount, reference, time of reception and response deadline. Withdrawal ends the plan immediately; a subscription is cancelled at once, with no further charges. The refund goes back to the payment method used for the purchase (card via Stripe or PayPal wallet), at no cost to you, no later than 14 days after we receive the request.

Outside the right of withdrawal, other refund requests can be made with the "Request refund" button or by e-mail; they are reviewed and answered within the deadline stated in the acknowledgement.

Purchases made in the apps are refunded and cancelled exclusively by the store where they were made, under its rules: the request is made on the store's refund page, and the store decides. GuardianFlow shows the way, records the request for follow-up and adjusts the plan when the store communicates its decision.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it available, but connected networks may change, limit or refuse publications without notice, and GuardianFlow records the outcome of every attempt so you can follow up. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law guarantees to consumers, including those on the conformity of digital content and services (Portuguese Decree-Law 84/2021).

7. Suspension, termination and record keeping

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the law. You can delete your account at any time under Account and cloud. Data is removed, and the records the law requires us to keep (for example purchases and refunds, for 10 calendar years) are kept for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app or by e-mail with reasonable notice. The version in force is the one published on this page.

9. Governing law

Portuguese law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the user's country of residence. Alternative dispute resolution for consumers in Portugal: consumidor.gov.pt. iOS versions are also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement.
